You retain ownership of the content (e.g., PDFs) you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, including generating your public-facing landing page.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates our acceptable use policy [Link to Acceptable Use Policy - To Be Created].
We use AI to analyze your User Content and generate landing pages. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the output of the AI analysis or the generated page content. The generated landing page (`[product-slug].getzerotohero.com`) is publicly accessible.
Creators using the Service agree to pay the applicable platform fees as described on our pricing page [Link to Pricing Page or Section]. Fees are typically deducted from sales processed through Stripe Connect.
Buyers purchasing products agree to pay the listed price via Stripe Checkout. All payments are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.
Refunds for purchased products are handled according to the policy stated by the creator on their landing page, or our default refund policy [Define Default Policy] if none is specified.
The Service itself, including its original content (excluding User Content), features, functionality, and the underlying AI models and templates, are and will remain the exclusive property of Zero to Hero and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein. We explicitly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the AI-generated content or landing pages will be accurate, complete, reliable, or meet your requirements.
In no event shall Zero to Hero, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., State of Delaware, USA], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
